Here is a collection of pictures Eli’s teacher took in the classroom and out and about. It’s fun to see him at work! (see captions for descriptions)… You will notice a distinct frog motif. For several years now the Prospect Sierra kindergarten class ensures that the frog population in their neighborhood park is healthy. They retrieve the tadpoles early on, take them back to their class and allow them to grow into frogs (if they left them in the pond they would get eaten), and then return them once they have developed legs and can survive. Quite the ecowarriors!
